Door-to-door transit for seniors and residents with disabilities, without manual coordination at every step

The City of Hilliard needed a transportation program that could reliably serve seniors and residents with disabilities across the community. The population they were building for required scheduled, door-to-door pickup, not a fixed-route service that required walking to stops on a published timetable.

The prior approach relied on phone-based scheduling, disconnected tools, and static service patterns. That combination caused missed trips and made it difficult to grow the program as demand increased. Coordinating advance-scheduled trips manually created pressure on staff and left little visibility into whether the day's routes were running as planned.

Hilliard needed software that could handle advance booking, build efficient daily routes from the actual trip list, and give riders predictable pickup times, all without requiring dispatcher involvement in every step of the process.
