You are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy for yourself, including on behalf of the organization for which you are accessing the Site, as well as for any individual for whom you create an account or utilize the App.

SHARE collects three types of data:

SHARE has a data and information retention policy of 7 years for transaction data and data that is created through the usage of the apps, software or transportation services. SHARE will retain your user account information as long as you have a valid SHARE account. SHARE accounts can become invalid if riders have unpaid account balances, violations of the privacy policy, or for any other reason determined by SHARE and its employees. SHARE can also make profiles invalid for any reason that is non-discriminatory, at the discretion of the company. An example could include negative feedback from drivers.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy We will occasionally and regularly update this privacy policy. If you use our services after an update, you consent to the changes and the updated privacy policy. When we make changes to this policy, we will notify users of the changes through the SHARE app notifications or other electronic communication, such as email. Usage of the SHARE service, to the extent applicable by law, users consent to this privacy policy and updates by using our services.
