We are a mobility company that cares about improving access to jobs, education, and healthcare through transportation. We build software that makes it easy to design and manage mobility-as-a-service programs that are sustainable and work for communities of all sizes.  We are on a mission to create equitable access to transportation and we do this by giving companies, cities, and transit agencies the tools to offer memberships to mobility-as-a-service. The riders access shared mobility as a subscription and 90%+ of trips are free or discounted.  

What is an SDR? We need someone that will go find that answer on their own.  If you are the right person for this job, you can google your way to figuring out anything. You will do alot of different things, but the result is interest from qualified prospects that allow our sales and leadership teams to close new customers. 

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals that want to be growth hackers. Your job is to be creative, use tools, and create effective campaigns that result in demos and new customers. This position can work from anywhere and is expected to be online from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Minimal travel will be required. 

Sales Development Reps work with our sales team to target areas and segments that have a strong need for SHARE Mobility’s solutions. You will build lists, send emails, make phone calls, and develop strategies for reaching the right prospects with less effort. If you want to work smarter and not harder and you are ready to use software to be productive, you are a great fit for this Sales Development Rep. position. 

We will provide on the job training, but the right candidate will be able to explain how their experience is relevant to this job. 

SHARE Mobility needs someone with experience using email marketing, CRM, list building and other software tools. When you apply, make sure you tell us what tools you know. 

Sales Development Rep will:

  • Build list using Seamless Contacts or another list building service. 
  • Send email marketing campaigns and individual emails. 
  • Make phone calls.
  • Setup meetings for Sales Executives. 
  • Be persistent. 

What You’ll Need

  • Resilience and willingness to hear alot of ‘no’s
  • Quick with reubtles and objection handling
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning the mobility industry
